Accidents & Other Injuries in Cats - Accidents and other injuries not covered in our section on road traffic accidents may not be as serious or as acute, but may still be life threatening to an injured cat.

This area of our website describes some of the more common accidents that can affect cats including bee and wasp stings, fractures, broken teeth, burns and scalds, choking, dislocation, cat bites and fighting injuries, drowning, electrocution, eye injuries, heatstroke, narcolepsy, poisoning; and rat and snake bites.
